Chengbang Group: Qiqi Investment plans to reduce its holdings by 0.50%

Chengbang Corporation announced that shareholder Shanghai Qiqi Investment Management Center - Qiqi Highlands No. 6 Private Equity Securities Investment Fund holds 13.2132 million shares of the company, accounting for 5.00%; it intends to reduce its holdings by no more than 1.3213 million shares, accounting for 0.50%, through centralized bidding from October 16, 2025 to January 15, 2026.
