On September 16th, JD and Maotai jointly held the "JD Wine Tasting Event." Sina Finance learned that seven categories of dishes were prepared for this tasting event: pre-dinner fruits (seasonal fruit platter), cold appetizers (exquisite cold appetizer plates), Tan Family's signature dishes (imperial jade elixir Buddha Jumps Over the Wall), hot main dishes, staple food, desserts, and Dongge's special dish. The main dishes include Meiji scallion oil baked crispy fried prawns, Minglu deep well roasted goose emperor, vinegar sauce orchid crab steamed chopped black pork, homemade Hainan golden pepper sauce steamed East China yellow croaker, night fragrant peanut folded crab meat stewed silver loofah, cherry blossom shrimp dried scallop soup soaked emerald cabbage gall, and "Jiaoma Feitian snowflake beef with Feitian Maotai." There are also two dishes featuring Liu Qiangdong's hometown specialties, "Suqian spicy stir-fried boneless chicken cubes" and "Suqian thin-skinned chili farmhouse stir-fried pork." In addition, a special dish prepared by Liu Qiang, "Chinese four famous dishes yellow dog pork head meat," was also available on-site.
