The Ministry of Commerce and other 9 departments have issued the "Several Policy Measures on Expanding Service Consumption". The measures propose that in eligible areas, support and appropriate operational subsidies should be provided to inclusive childcare institutions based on actual conditions. Support should be provided to eligible kindergartens to enroll 2-3 year old children, develop community-embedded childcare and family childcare points, encourage employers to provide childcare services, and provide policy support according to relevant regulations.
