The Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission prohibits former Citigroup Global Markets executive Richard Charles Heyes from re-entering the industry for five years.

The Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong announced on September 16th that it has banned Richard Charles Heyes, former head of Citigroup Global Markets Asia Limited, from re-entering the industry for a period of five years, starting from September 15, 2025 to September 14, 2030.
