Guidelines for Environmental Impact Assessment Technology - Public Consultation on Magnetic Confinement Fusion Devices

In order to implement the requirements of the "Atomic Energy Law of the People's Republic of China" to "establish a supervision and management system that is in line with the characteristics of controlled thermonuclear fusion and promote the application of nuclear fusion", regulate the environmental impact assessment work of fusion device construction projects, and ensure the high-quality development of the domestic nuclear fusion industry, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment has organized the compilation of the "Technical Guidelines for Environmental Impact Assessment of Magnetic Confinement Fusion Devices". Comments are now being solicited publicly.
