According to the Zhikong Finance APP, Li Yuanfeng, senior director of the project strategy and advisory department of JLL, said: "A recent government survey shows that 70% of high-end talents choose to rent private buildings in Hong Kong. We expect that with the continuous increase in the number of high-end talent holders, there will be an additional demand of about 12,000 rental units per year between 2023 and 2027. According to data from the Hong Kong Rating and Valuation Department, the net absorption of Class A and Class B units is expected to be around 13,800 units per year between 2022 and 2024, reflecting that high-end talent holders and dependents will continue to drive the rental market, especially benefiting the demand for smaller Class A and Class B units."
