Modern car manufacturers and labor unions reach a wage increase agreement.

On the 16th, the Modern Automobile Union announced that the union had approved a pay raise proposal the previous day, which includes salary increases and benefits. As a result, the negotiations between the labor and management of Modern Automobile regarding this year's salary and collective labor agreement have reached a final agreement. According to the proposal, the basic monthly salary of Modern Automobile employees will increase by 100,000 Korean Won this year; the performance bonus will be 450% of the basic salary plus 1,580,000 Korean Won; and employees will also receive 30 shares of company stock and traditional market consumption vouchers worth 200,000 Korean Won.
