Lyon: Kingdee International (00268.HK) acquires 62.764% stake in Yunzhi Home to strengthen AI strategy.

Intelligence Finance APP learned that Lyon released a research report stating that Kingdee International (00268.HK) under Hongjin Investment increased its holdings of Yunzhijia by 68.25 million RMB, representing 62.764%. After the acquisition is completed, Yunzhijia will become a subsidiary of Kingdee. Yunzhijia was originally owned by Kingdee, which was sold by Kingdee in 2016. The report indicates that Kingdee believes the benefits of acquiring Yunzhijia include deepening Kingdee's AI priority strategy with a unified AI portal website; strengthening its SaaS ecosystem and subscription priority strategy, and collaborating to provide a full range of products for Kingdee customers.
