Pulse Pulse's latest release of the "2025 AI Talent Mobility Report" shows that in the first seven months of 2025, the AI talent market is booming, with demand exceeding supply. The number of new AI positions has grown more than 10 times compared to the previous year, and the number of resumes submitted has also increased by 11 times. Talent related to "algorithms" continues to be in short supply, with the highest demand for "search algorithm" talent, with 5 positions competing for every 2 candidates. The number of non-technical positions has increased by 7.7 times compared to before. The competition for AI talent has extended to campus recruitment, with over 50% of entry-level positions on Pulse offering monthly salaries exceeding 50,000 RMB. As of July 2025, Pulse has seen over 1,000 companies posting 72,000 AI-related positions, including internet giants, foreign companies, automotive companies, and AI specialized enterprises. In terms of the number of new AI positions, ByteDance ranks first with a recruitment index of 29.83, followed by Xiaohongshu at 18.32 and Alibaba at 12.25. Vertical enterprises such as Xiaopeng Motors, Self-Variable Robots, and Black Sesame Intelligence are also on the list.
