Meituan's data shows that in the first half of 2025, the average monthly income of high-frequency delivery riders nationwide was between 6949 and 10201 yuan. Taking the "LeRun" group composed of skilled riders as an example, the monthly income in Tier 1 cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen can reach 12826 yuan. Since the second quarter, facing high temperatures and peak orders, the year-on-year growth rate of monthly income for high-frequency delivery riders in various cities has exceeded 20%. In terms of benefits, starting from July 1st, "Occupational injury protection for personnel in new employment forms" has been expanded to 17 provinces and cities, with Meituan paying on a per-order basis, ensuring coverage for every order and every person. Since the pilot program in 2022, by the first half of this year, Meituan has already paid out more than 1.5 billion yuan.
