Final verdict on criminal case for commercial secret of Tianci materials announced.

On September 15th, Tiance Materials announced that the company received a "Criminal Judgment" issued by the Intermediate People's Court of Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province on that day. The defendants Li Sheng and Zheng Feilong were found guilty of infringing trade secrets and were sentenced to three years and three months, and two years and three months of imprisonment, respectively, and were also fined 4.5 million yuan and 1.5 million yuan, respectively. This judgment is final. The case originated from former employees disclosing the company's process technology information, such as liquid lithium hexafluorophosphate, to other companies. Tiance Materials has filed a separate civil claim for 887 million yuan.
