Suzhou releases urban action plan for "artificial intelligence +" focusing on data elements, industry clusters, application scenarios, etc.

On September 16, 2025, the Suzhou Artificial Intelligence + Industry Innovation Conference and Yunzhi Algorithm Technology Ecology Conference was successfully held. The conference was hosted by China Mobile Cloud Capability Center, Suzhou Digital Technology Group, and Jiangsu Golden Financial Digital Group. Liu Xiaotao, Deputy Secretary of Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of Suzhou Municipal Party Committee, Zhou Haiyan, Inspector of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's Electronic Information Department, and Chen Huaida, Deputy General Manager of China Mobile Communications Group, attended the conference and delivered speeches. At the conference, the "Action Plan to Accelerate the Construction of the 'Artificial Intelligence +' City in Suzhou" was released. The "Action Plan" focuses on data elements, innovation capabilities, industry clusters, application scenarios, key elements, industrial ecology, and security governance. It proposes 22 specific measures aimed at leveraging the advantages of the National New Generation Artificial Intelligence Innovation and Development Experimental Zone and the Artificial Intelligence Empowerment New Type of Industrialization Pilot Zone, building a leading domestic artificial intelligence industry cluster, and providing important strategic guidance for the development of the artificial intelligence industry in Suzhou.
