On September 16, two residential land parcels in Chenghua District, Chengdu were sold for a total amount of 26.12 billion yuan. Among them, a 19.2-acre land parcel in Wannianchang was won by Longfor at a floor price of 15,800 yuan/sq m, with a total price of 5.06 billion yuan and a premium rate of 5.33%; a 97.5-acre land parcel in Jianshelu was won by Chenghua Old Reform and Sichuan Huaxi Joint Venture at a floor price of 10,800 yuan/sq m, with a total price of 21.06 billion yuan and a premium rate of 0%.
