Tencent Cloud's Qiu Yuepeng: The focus of the model industry has shifted to inference.

On September 16th, Vice President of Tencent and President of Tencent Cloud, Qiu Yuepeng, stated at the Tencent Global Digital Ecosystem Conference that the focus of the model industry is shifting towards inference, and by 2025 it will reach a tipping point where the demand for inference will surpass training. The MAU of Tencent ima has increased by 80 times in the past six months, and Yuanbao has answered high school entrance exam questions 1.5 billion times. It is estimated that by 2028, 33% of enterprise software will include Agentic AI, and the domestic enterprise-level Agent market size will exceed 27 billion USD.
