Ltd. Accordingly, the company has conditionally agreed to issue and sell new shares, and the subscriber has conditionally agreed to subscribe for the shares at a subscription price of 1.6 Hong Kong dollars per share, representing a discount of approximately 19.19% compared to the theoretical closing price of 1.98 Hong Kong dollars per share of combined shares on the date of the subscription agreement reported on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (equivalent to a closing price of 0.099 Hong Kong dollars per share).
