The Zhongjia Guoxin (00899.HK) announced through the Zhitong Finance APP that the board of directors recommends issuing 2.97 billion rights shares at a subscription price of HK$0.146 per rights share, with a ratio of 2 rights shares for every 1 share held by eligible shareholders on the record date, raising a total of approximately HK$43.33 million (before expenses). The rights issue is only available to eligible shareholders and will not be extended to ineligible shareholders.
