News from the Wisdom Finance APP, China New City (01321) announced that on September 15, 2025, the company entered into a service agreement with EXIO Group Limited (EXIO). According to this agreement, EXIO has agreed to provide tokenization services to the company: legal document coordination, smart contract development, smart contract auditing, wallet solutions, token access on the EXIO platform, coordination to complete the investor "know your customer" procedure, initial distribution of virtual assets, and secondary trading.
