Zhengting-level official Duan Xiaolei has been sent to Heilongjiang for a new job, and previously worked at the Agricultural Bank of China for a long time.

Recently, the official website of the Financial Committee Office of the Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee was updated to show that Duan Xiaolei has been appointed as the Deputy Director of the Financial Office of the Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee, the Deputy Secretary of the Financial Work Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and the Director of the Provincial Local Financial Management Bureau. Prior to this, Duan Xiaolei had long served in the Agricultural Bank of China system.
