(hereinafter referred to as "Lithium Source (Asia Pacific)") has signed a "Lithium Iron Phosphate Cathode Material Procurement Cooperation Agreement" with Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Contemporary Amperex). According to the agreement, it is expected that Lithium Source (Asia Pacific) and its wholly-owned or joint venture subsidiaries will sell a total of 157,500 tons of lithium iron phosphate cathode materials that meet the agreed specifications to Contemporary Amperex's overseas factories from the second quarter of 2026 to 2031. The demand amount will be updated based on the progress of Contemporary Amperex's overseas projects and forecasted demand, and the final purchase quantity will be implemented through subsequent framework, annual, or single procurement contracts signed by both parties. The specific unit price will be determined through negotiations between the two parties. Based on the estimated quantity and market price, the total sales value of the contract exceeds 6 billion yuan.
