Name changes of two of China Canada Credit's (00899) holding subsidiaries

Wisdom Financial News APP News, Sino-Canada International (00899) announced that the name of its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Hunan Chenxi Holdings Limited (Chenxi), registered and established in China, has been changed to Hunan Yongyi Holdings Limited (Yongyi), effective from August 28, 2025. The name of the controlling subsidiary (i.e. the company actually controlled) indirectly held by the Company, Hunan Hongjia Holdings Limited, registered and established in China, has been changed to Hunan Yongming Holdings Limited (Yongming), effective from August 28, 2025 (collectively referred to as "Changes in the Names of Subsidiaries").
