Our country's researchers have made new progress in the field of thin film conversion of inorganic photovoltaic materials.
Journalists learned from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications that the team of Academician Huang Wei and Professor Xin Hao from the National Key Laboratory of Flexible Electronics at the university have used a solution method to obtain a large area of "copper-zinc-tin-sulfur-selenium" photovoltaic film. With a photoelectric conversion efficiency of 10.1%, they have verified the industrialization potential of inorganic compound preparation of flexible photovoltaic materials. The related results were published online in the international academic journal "Nature Energy" on September 15th.
