Wisdom Finance and Economics APP News, Wu Zhou Communications (600368.SH) announced that the company's controlling shareholder, Jiato Group, plans to increase its holdings of company's stock through legal and compliant means such as centralized bidding on the Shanghai Stock Exchange starting from September 15, 2025 for a period of 12 months. The planned amount of increase shall be no less than RMB 85 million (inclusive) and no more than RMB 170 million (inclusive).
