Zhitem Financial News APP News, Soujia Technology (00103.HK) announced that WMEL (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) and RZHL (Mr. Zhao Yue, Vice Chairman and Executive Director of the company, indirectly holds the company) have entered into a joint venture agreement on September 11, 2024, including the establishment of a joint venture company, with WMEL and RZHL holding 50% of the equity of the joint venture company respectively.
