The Zhixin Finance APP news states that Jincheng Stock (688099.SH) has announced that the company plans to acquire 100% equity of Xi Maiwei Semiconductor (Jiaxing) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xi Mai Wei" or "target company" or "transaction target") in cash, with a total acquisition consideration of RMB 316 million. After the completion of the transaction, Xi Mai Wei will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company and will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
