Townshend China (00298.HK) appoints Qiu Zhiming as independent non-executive director.

The app of Wisdom Finance and Economics reports that Zhuang Shi China (00298.HK) announced that Mr. Fan Junhua resigned as an independent non-executive director, effective from the end of the shareholders' annual meeting on September 15, 2025. Mr. Fan Junhua also no longer serves as a member of the company's audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee.
