The land is designated for urban residential and commercial service use, with a plot ratio of 2.5. The starting price was 175 million yuan, with a starting floor price of 8144 yuan per square meter. After 72 rounds of bidding, the local private enterprise Yiwu Yingtai Real Estate Co., Ltd. won the bid with a total price of 2.46 billion yuan, at a transaction floor price of 11446 yuan per square meter, with a premium rate of 40.54%.
