EHang Intelligent reached a cooperation agreement with Kazakhstan's Allur Group.

On the evening of September 15th, EHang announced its intention to cooperate with the large commercial and industrial enterprise Allur Group in Kazakhstan to explore the emerging markets in Central Asia. According to the cooperation intention, both parties will promote the procurement of EH216 series products and complete the commercialization and localization of EH216-S in Kazakhstan for airworthiness certification. Allure Group plans to purchase 50 EHang EH216 series eVTOL products in stages, with the first order including 10 EH216-S manned aircraft and 10 EH216-L logistics aircraft. In addition, both parties will explore the construction of a localized assembly base for eVTOL with an annual production capacity of 200 aircraft. Once completed, this base will be the first eVTOL production base in Central Asia, providing services to Kazakhstan and other countries in the region.
