Thaihe Intelligent: Xu Dahong's shareholding ratio decreased to 17.36%

Taihe Intelligent Announcement, shareholders Xu Dahong and Yang Yalin and their concerted action have reduced their shareholding by more than 5%. Before this equity change, Xu Dahong held 23.15% of the shares of the listed company, while Yang Yalin held 0.03% of the shares. After the equity change, Xu Dahong's shareholding ratio decreased to 17.36%, while Yang Yalin's shareholding ratio remained unchanged. This equity change was carried out according to the second share transfer agreement signed by Xu Dahong and Sunshine New Energy on September 11, 2025. According to the agreement, Xu Dahong will transfer his 10.6131 million shares to Sunshine New Energy. This equity change still needs to obtain compliance confirmation from the Shanghai Stock Exchange and complete the share transfer registration procedures at the Shanghai Branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation.
