Zhongheng Electric announced that the company's wholly-owned subsidiaries Enervell Power Pte. Ltd., SuperX AI Solution Limited, Mr. Zhu Yikun, Mr. Xu Feifei, and individual ONG CAI PING, JOVAIL have signed a joint venture agreement to jointly invest in SuperX Digital Power Pte. Ltd., with a total investment amount of 2 million Singapore dollars. Among them, Enervell, Super X, Mr. Zhu Yikun, Mr. Xu Feifei, and Jovail will each invest 400,000 Singapore dollars, 800,000 Singapore dollars, 200,000 Singapore dollars, 200,000 Singapore dollars, and 400,000 Singapore dollars respectively in the joint venture company, holding 20%, 40%, 10%, 10%, and 20% of the equity of the joint venture company respectively.
