Huagong Technology (stock code 000988.SZ) subsidiary plans to participate in the establishment of the Ruiyuan No. 2 Fund with an investment not exceeding 76.5 million yuan.

Intelligent Financial APP News, Huagong Technology (000988.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Wuhan Huagong Technology Investment Management Co., Ltd. ("Huagong Investment") intends to jointly establish Wuhan Huagong Ruiyuan No.2 Venture Capital Fund Limited Partnership (tentatively named "Ruiyuan No.2 Fund") with its own funds not exceeding RMB 76.5 million with professional institutions. Huagong Investment will hold 21.86% of the property shares of Ruiyuan No.2 Fund and be a limited partner of Ruiyuan No.2 Fund.
