Jinko Solar announced that, based on the subscription and inquiry conditions on September 15, 2025, the preliminary transfer price for this inquiry is determined to be 4.9 yuan per share. A total of 25 institutional investors participated in the bidding, including fund management companies, insurance companies, securities companies, private fund managers, and qualified overseas investors. The shares intended to be transferred in this inquiry have been fully subscribed, and it is preliminarily determined that there will be 22 institutional investors as transferees, with the total number of shares to be transferred being 400 million.
