Great Vision Holdings (01305) plans to invest 155 million Hong Kong dollars to acquire a piece of land in Luoyang Town, Boluo County, Guangdong Province for the establishment of core production facilities.

The Zhitong Finance APP reported that Huikstrategics Holdings (01305) announced on September 15, 2025, that the company's indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, Techwide Management Company Limited, intends to acquire all issued ordinary shares of Joyful Family Consultant Limited held by Ms. Lu Fang for a total consideration of HK$155 million.
