Huada Genomics announced that, based on the 2025 September 15 inquiry purchase situation, the transfer price of Shenzhen Huada Genomics Technology Co., Ltd. shareholders was preliminarily determined to be 44.1 yuan/share. This inquiry transfer is a non-public transfer, not conducted through centralized bidding or block trading, and does not involve reduction through the secondary market. The transferee shall not transfer the shares acquired through the inquiry transfer within 6 months after the transfer. The transferee of this inquiry transfer is institutional investors with corresponding pricing ability and risk tolerance.
