Due to work adjustments, Yang Feng applied to resign from the positions of company director and general manager. After resigning, he will not hold any position in the company. The resignation report will take effect from the date of delivery to the company's board of directors. The board of directors agreed to authorize the deputy general manager, Zhao Huizhang, to perform the duties of the company's general manager on behalf of Yang Feng.
