The Yunnan Jinggu Forestry Holdings subsidiary company's inventory losses case has been filed.

Yunnan Jinggu Forestry Co., Ltd. announced that during the mid-year inventory check of its controlling subsidiary Huiyin Wood Industry, it was discovered that Director Wang Lancun, who was in charge of sales, bypassed internal controls and sold goods, resulting in an inventory loss of approximately 19 million yuan. According to the shareholding ratio, the loss attributable to the listed company is about 9.69 million yuan. Huiyin Wood Industry had previously reported the case, and on August 14, 2025, the case was formally accepted. On September 12, the company received a "Notice of Filing of Case", and Wang Lancun was suspected of embezzlement and the case has been filed. The current impact of the case is uncertain.
