Its business scope includes power generation, power transmission, power supply, technical services, technical development, technical consulting, technical exchange, technology transfer, technology promotion, and information technology consulting services. The partners of the enterprise include China Kangfu, State Development Investment Corporation under China Power, Fujian Power Co., Ltd. under State Development Investment Corporation, and Putian Weilai Action Energy Development Co., Ltd.
