Deyi Bank of China and Xingmin Rural Commercial Bank in Dayi County have been approved for dissolution.

The Sichuan Banking Regulatory Bureau issued a reply indicating that the supervision has agreed to dissolve the Dayi Industrial and Commercial Bank of Minxiang. According to the reply of the Sichuan Banking Regulatory Bureau on the establishment of branches by the acquisition of Dayi Industrial and Commercial Bank of Minxiang by the Traffic Bank Limited Company, the assets, liabilities, business, and employees of the Dayi Industrial and Commercial Bank of Minxiang will be taken over by the Traffic Bank.
