According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Haichu Zhiwei Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Liu Xiao as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Its business scope includes energy storage technology services, wind power generation technology services, solar power generation technology services, centralized fast charging stations, and rental of charging control equipment. The equity penetration of Qichacha shows that the company is jointly held by Hebei Xiongan Huichu Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Haibo Sichuang, and Beijing Dushi Kairui Technology Partnership Enterprise.
