International composite materials announced that Shanghai Xinxin Investment Management Co., Ltd., which holds a 10.29% stake, plans to reduce its shareholding by no more than 56.5632 million shares, accounting for 1.50% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding and block trading within 3 months after 15 trading days from the disclosure date of this pre-disclosure announcement, from October 14, 2025 to January 13, 2026. It currently holds 388 million shares. The source of the shares to be reduced comes from the shares held before the initial public offering, and the reduction price will be determined based on the market price.
