The stock price of Shengjing Bank rose by more than 20%. Shengjing Financial Group stated on Friday that its acquisition offer for the Shengjing Bank Hong Kong-listed shares, which it does not yet own, will be increased from the previous price of HK$1.32 per share to HK$1.60 per share.
