According to the deployment of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, since March of this year, the special action to standardize administrative law enforcement involving enterprises has been fully promoted nationwide. As the special action continues to deepen, the number of administrative inspections involving enterprises nationwide has significantly decreased, the level of accurate problem detection has effectively improved, and a number of urgent concerns of enterprises, such as inconsistent law enforcement standards and difficulties in credit repair, have been addressed through measures such as returning illegal fees, lawfully changing or unfreezing accounts. This special action has also taken tough measures to rectify the discipline and work style of law enforcement teams, lawfully investigate and handle cases of "taking bribes for leniency," "rough law enforcement," and law enforcement inaction, remove individuals from law enforcement teams who do not have the qualifications for law enforcement or have committed serious violations, and transfer them to disciplinary inspection and supervision agencies for accountability. The eight typical cases released in this batch mainly involve issues such as arbitrary fines, arbitrary seizures, violations of law enforcement norms, improper discretion, and law enforcement inaction.
