According to the Qichacha app, recently, Suzhou Zhiqi Technology Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 100 million yuan. Its business scope includes wholesale of electronic components, sales of electronic products, information technology consulting services, and development of network and information security software. According to Qichacha's equity penetration, the company is fully owned by Dongwei Semiconductor.
