Jinlong's equity was auctioned for the fifth time this year.

Jinlong Group announced that 30 million shares held by its controlling shareholder New Century Corporation will be auctioned, accounting for 17.05% of the shares held and 3.35% of the total share capital. The auction will take place from October 12th to 13th, 2025, and will be carried out by the Fifth Intermediate People's Court of Chongqing. This is a measure taken against the unlimited circulating shares of New Century Corporation that were previously pledged to Chongqing International Trust. This is the fifth time this year that Jinlong Group's equity has been auctioned, with previous auctions in February, April, July, and August, with New Century Corporation being involved four times, including two times where the auction did not result in a sale. The company stated that if all the shares in this auction are sold and the transfer is completed, New Century Corporation will still be the controlling shareholder and Yang Zhimao will remain the actual controller.
