China Machinery and Electronics Products Trade Association: support the Ministry of Commerce's investigation into relevant products and measures in the United States.

On September 13, the Chinese Ministry of Commerce issued a notice announcing that they will initiate an anti-dumping investigation on imported analog chips from the United States, and launch an anti-discrimination investigation on related measures in the integrated circuit sector taken by the United States against China. The China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products is closely monitoring and supporting the Ministry of Commerce in defending the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese industrial enterprises in accordance with the law. For some time, the U.S. government has been generalizing the concept of national security, abusing export controls and "long-arm jurisdiction," and taking a series of prohibitive and restrictive measures against China in the integrated circuit sector. These unilateral practices harm the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese companies and industries, disrupt global industrial chains and supply chains, and the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products strongly opposes them.
