AllThings Network: Monitoring has detected some unauthorized transactions. Emergency investigations have been initiated with the issuing bank.

On September 13, Wanlitong Network announced that recently, unauthorized transactions have been detected on Mastercard and Wanlitong in China. The company, together with the issuing bank, immediately initiated an emergency investigation, set up a special team to trace the source of risks, block potential risks, and jointly promote the fund security process for relevant cardholders to prevent cardholders from bearing losses that they should not bear. Mastercard and Wanlitong remind cardholders to regularly check transactions through the issuing bank's app, SMS notifications, or billing statements, open real-time alerts for each transaction as soon as possible, keep cards in sight for offline use, protect card numbers and verification codes for online transactions; if unauthorized transactions are found, immediately call the issuing bank's customer service to verify the situation and freeze the account.
