The WeChat official account of Shanghai Chengtou released a message on September 11th, stating that the Party Committee of Shanghai Chengtou Group held a meeting, with the Party Secretary and Chairman, Hang Yingwei, presiding over the meeting and giving a speech. The message also stated that Hang Yingwei has been appointed as the Party Secretary and Chairman of Shanghai Chengtou Limited Company. Public information shows that Hang Yingwei, male, born in November 1969, had previously worked for a long time at Shanghai Construction, and later served as Deputy Secretary General of Shanghai Municipal Government, Deputy Secretary and District Mayor of Pudong New Area, Executive Deputy Director of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, Deputy Director of Shanghai International Tourism Resort Administrative Committee, Party Secretary and Executive Deputy Director of Shanghai Office for Promoting Science and Technology Innovation Center Construction, etc. In 2023, he was appointed as the Party Secretary and Chairman of Shanghai Construction.
