Eight departments: Further intensify efforts to promote automobile consumption.

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and seven other ministries have issued the "Work Plan for Stabilizing Growth in the Automobile Industry", supporting the exchange of old cars for new ones, the renewal of new energy urban buses and power batteries, and promoting the consumption upgrade and renewal of automobiles. They will also carry out pilot reforms in automobile circulation and consumption, expand post-market consumption in areas such as automobile modification, leasing, racing events, and recreational vehicle camping. They encourage regions with restrictions on automobile purchases to optimize their policies and gradually transition from purchase management to usage management. They will implement facilitation measures such as "reverse invoicing" for the sale of used cars and registration for transactions in different locations, explore the establishment of online transaction management systems, enhance information sharing and openness in the automotive industry, improve the accuracy and authority of the platform for querying information on used cars, and promote the efficient circulation of used cars.
