Flying Fish Technology: Enters into a game development agreement with Tencent Computers, with a total production cost of 125 million RMB.

Feiyu Technology Announcement, the company has signed a game development agreement with Tencent Computer. According to this agreement, Xiamen Feiyu is commissioned by Tencent Computer to develop a small online game based on the intellectual property owned by Tencent Computer. Tencent Computer will pay Xiamen Feiyu a production fee of RMB 12,500,000 for developing the small game, which will be paid in three installments through different methods. After signing the game development agreement, Tencent Computer will pay 30% of the production fee within 20 business days after receiving the invoice issued by Xiamen Feiyu; Xiamen Feiyu will pay 40% of the production fee within 20 business days after receiving the invoice issued by Xiamen Feiyu upon delivering the game development plan in accordance with the terms of the game development agreement and obtaining a written confirmation of acceptance from Tencent Computer; Xiamen Feiyu will pay the remaining 30% of the production fee within 20 business days after receiving the invoice issued by Xiamen Feiyu upon delivering the commercially online version of the small game in accordance with the terms of the game development agreement and obtaining a written confirmation of acceptance from Tencent Computer.
