Among them, the CSRC requested Qi Yunshan to supplement the explanation of the pricing basis for each equity transfer. It is reported that Qi Yunshan has submitted an application for listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on June 27, 2025, with CICC International as the sole sponsor.
