International composite material announcement, shareholder Shanghai Xinxin Investment Management Co., Ltd. - Yunnan Yunxi Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise plans to reduce its shareholding of 10.29% within 3 months after 15 trading days from the date of this pre-disclosure announcement, from October 14, 2025 to January 13, 2026, through centralized bidding and block trading not more than 56.5632 million shares, accounting for 1.50% of the total share capital of the company; it currently holds 388 million shares.
